Job Description
Remote in Mexico, part-time 20-25 hrs/week, $8-12/hr USD

Your passion for digital marketing knows no bounds. You have experience in monetizing digital marketing channels. You deliver campaigns on time and budget and leverage the digital marketing team to do so. You lead from the front, have an eagle eye for detail, and can carry the project forward without issue. This is thanks to your skill set of tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Studios, and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing (Social, Paid Ads, Email, Website, Landing Pages, etc). Your drive comes from your passion for the small business community in LA and around the world!
A Day in the Life
- Manage best-in-class digital marketing campaigns; evangelize process, partner with the marketing team, and work with the marketing manager to scale projects
- Manage/Develop Email marketing campaigns within CRM system in Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Manage/Develop Social media marketing campaigns within Hootsuite and Edgar
- Manage/Develop PPC campaigns with Google, Bing, Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest
- Use video conferencing systems including Zoom and Google Meet to run video conferences
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure they are on time and within budget.
- Lead marketing team in the creation of reports for clients
- Execute established strategies; have the ability to implement creative briefs and ensure marketing communication tools are created with the right messaging and branding, and are completed on time
- Execute messaging strategy, production of creative briefs, and deploy services and materials to internal and external customers; including:
- Execution of web strategy, advertising, web content, launch kits, and more.
- Manage experience creating online webinar events every quarter
- Manage podcasting and video management systems, including YouTube
- Manage the creative briefs and creative assets of partners for campaigns
You Must Have
- 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably digital and within an agency setting
- 2-5 years of Project Management Experience
- Min 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
- Min 3+ years experience running event programming for marketing agencies including webinars, podcasts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration or other applicable disciplines
- Detail-oriented individual, with a strong focus on quality; and excellent proofreading skills.
- Superior writing skills – ability to pitch in and write marketing copy as needed.
- A working knowledge of design, photography, and print production.
- Digital certificates within Google Ads/Analytics, Facebook, Hubspot, etc. preferable but not required
