Brandbeet is a senior design studio that builds brand, web, and marketing work for high-growth companies. Our clients come to us for clean execution, sharp thinking, and a no-fluff approach to design that drives results.

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer / Creative Lead to own the creative direction and output across our client work. You’ll lead a small team of designers, work closely with clients, and help scope and shape new projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance design quality, delivery, and team mentorship.

In this role you will:

• Lead creative direction across brand, web, and marketing design
• Scope new projects and collaborate on proposals and pitch decks
• Oversee day-to-day design delivery across multiple client retainers
• Provide strategic and visual feedback to ensure high-quality output
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to keep work moving
• Jump into hands-on design when needed, especially during concepting and early phases
• Help evolve internal design systems, templates, and creative ops

You should have:

• 7 or more years of experience in brand and digital design
• Prior agency experience leading or delivering multi-client work
• A portfolio that shows excellent visual craft across web, brand, and campaigns
• Experience mentoring or managing other designers
• Confidence in scoping design work and breaking down deliverables clearly
• Strong Figma skills and a sharp eye for detail, hierarchy, and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in client-facing contexts

This is a full-time, fully remote role. We prefer at least 3 hours of EST overlap each day.
