Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our creative team. You will work directly with USA-based clients, designing user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities

Design & Strategy

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
• Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across all devices and platforms

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with USA-based clients to understand business requirements and user needs
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients
• Participate in client calls and project meetings (USA time zones)

Design Systems & Standards

• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touch points
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and best practices
• Contribute to improving internal design processes and methodologies

Required Qualification

Experience & Education

• 4-6 years of professional Product design experience
• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of designing successful digital products

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Prototyping tools: InVision, Principle, Framer, or similar
• Strong understanding of: HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience with: Design systems, component libraries, and version control
• Knowledge of: Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices

Design Expertise

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and problem-solving skills
• Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing
• Understanding of interaction design principles and micro-interactions
• Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies
• Experience with mobile-first and responsive design approaches

Communication & Soft Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) is must.
• USA client experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Flexibility to work during USA business hours (partial overlap required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech application
• Experience with design tokens and design-to-code workflows
• Familiarity with agile/scrum development methodologies
• Previous remote work experience with international teams
