Join Brand Brew, a rapidly expanding performance marketing agency headquartered in Singapore. We're on the lookout for a talented performance marketing specialist to join our team.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will take charge of developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our diverse client base spanning various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan multimedia advertising campaigns based on clients' objectives & budgets.
  • Activate media campaigns as per approved media plans.
  • Implement tracking integrations as needed, and provide campaign ad copies.
  • Effectively manage creative teams to deliver creative assets where required.
  • Conduct day-to-day implementations & optimizations of campaigns.
  • Generate performance reports to offer actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives.
  • Manage project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within SLAs.
  • Participate in media strategy and planning for project pitches.
  • Foster and maintain close working relationships with clients, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in ad ops to plan and execute media campaigns across Search, Social, Video, and Display channels.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to engage project stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data efficiently and effectively.
  • Self-organized and independent, capable of managing end-to-end projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and continuously improve skills to grow with the organization.
  • Prior experience in media agencies, e-commerce, or account management roles is preferred.
