A market-leading global company is seeking a highly skilled and immediately available Procurement Manager specializing in Marketing Services, with specific experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events). This is a maternity cover role with the opportunity to work fully remotely, although candidates based in Poland are strongly preferred.

As a Global Buyer for Marketing, you will have a significant impact on the procurement strategy across marketing subcategories, working directly with global stakeholders to deliver commercial value across a portfolio of marketing services, particularly in the MICE segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute marketing procurement strategies within the MICE category (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events).
• Act as the single point of contact for MICE marketing procurement projects across regions.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement category best practices and policies.
• Drive supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management in line with business objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, driving cost savings and added value.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical procurement standards.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience as a Strategic Buyer or Procurement Specialist within Marketing Services, with a focus on MICE.
• Strong background in category management and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, both internal and external.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization with international scope.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills, especially French, are a plus.
