💰 Salary: €80,000 (2M CZK) – €90,000 (2.25M CZK) per year + benefits

Are you a strategic and results-driven procurement leader looking to make a real impact in a global, fast-paced environment? As the Category Head for Marketing Procurement, you will control over €100M in annual spend of strategic commercial services such as Marketing & Advertising, Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement, Events & Sponsorships, and External Consultancy & Agencies for the Czech and Slovak markets, supported by a team of two Market Procurement Experts located in each country.

This role will require significant leadership capability to work with senior stakeholders at both local level and global HQ to align on business goals, strategy, and process. You will be required to handle a high degree of ambiguity and navigate through complex business transformations in order to achieve your objectives.

🔹 Complex & High-Value Negotiations: Drive business-critical negotiations, build strategic supplier relationships, and optimize procurement models.

objectives, driving efficiency and value.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ A proven track record and subject matter expertise of commercial indirect procurement (Sales & Marketing, External Agencies, Events, etc)

✔ Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.

✔ Ability to influence at all levels to challenge the status quo, work within a matrix organization, and drive procurement excellence.

✔ Experience in leading teams and managing remote operations.
