Who You Are

A true UI/UX expert with a portfolio of launched products, not just mockups.

You blend creativity with usability — making things look amazing while ensuring they work flawlessly.

You’re fluent in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and understand how to hand designs over to developers without the dreaded “lost in translation” effect.

You think in user journeys, flows, and micro-interactions — not just screens.

You want ownership of the product experience, not just a to-do list.

Your Skills

5+ years in UI/UX design for web and mobile apps.

Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (Figma preferred).

Strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Experience designing for responsive, cross-platform products.

Knowledge of design systems and maintaining visual consistency.

Ability to collaborate closely with developers — understanding HTML/CSS basics is a plus.

Strong grasp of UX writing principles and accessibility guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing end-to-end experiences — from wireframes to polished, high-fidelity UI.

Conducting user research and turning insights into actionable design decisions.

Building and maintaining a design system that scales.

Collaborating directly with founders and engineers to shape the product vision.

Iterating fast based on feedback and data — not ego.
