The Role We’re seeking a Web3-native Marketing & PR Lead, a creative operator who can both shape our brand narrative and amplify it through earned media, partnerships, and community channels. You’ll be our brand architect, storyteller, and growth catalyst, working directly with the leadership team to build momentum across crypto, mainstream, and social channels.

🔑 Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that grow awareness of ImpactSoul and our tokenized impact mission.
Craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates across both crypto-native and mainstream audiences.
Build and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across content, design, and partnerships.
Drive digital marketing initiatives including website, social, newsletters, and growth campaigns.

PR & Media Relations

Create and pitch stories to top-tier crypto, tech, finance, and mainstream media outlets.
Manage press releases, thought-leadership pieces, and media campaigns.
Position executives and advisors as industry voices in Web3, philanthropy, and innovation.
Develop creative PR formats (podcasts, video content, advisor roundtables) beyond traditional press.

Community & Web3 Engagement

Manage and grow ImpactSoul’s community across Telegram, Discord, and Twitter/X.
Activate grassroots buzz and ensure our community feels engaged, supported, and heard.
Coordinate community events, AMAs, and campaigns to drive participation and retention.
Leverage Web3-native tools for community analytics, engagement, and governance.

Partnership & Ecosystem Marketing

Support partnership activations with leading organizations in crypto, philanthropy, and enterprise.
Design campaigns that highlight collaborations and advisors to maximize exposure.
Weave narratives that elevate our advisory board and Fortune 500 partnerships into global visibility.

✅ Requirements

Web3/crypto native: Deep understanding of crypto culture, DeFi/tokenomics, RWA tokenization, and community dynamics.
Proven marketing & PR experience (5+ years) with successful campaigns in startups, blockchain projects, or high-growth tech.
Experience managing Telegram, Discord, and Twitter/X communities at scale.
Strong media network and proven track record securing coverage in top crypto/tech publications.
Ability to craft content across mediums: press releases, social, blogs, videos, podcasts.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability—can go from 40,000-ft strategy to pixel-perfect details.
