Role Overview
As our UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing responsive, user-friendly dashboards that present social media and marketing data in clear, actionable formats. You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and development teams to bring ideas to life—combining user insights with strong design principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype dashboards that display marketing/social media analytics in a meaningful way
- Translate complex data into intuitive, clean, and visually appealing UI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user journeys
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on feedback
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with dashboards or data-heavy interfaces
- Strong portfolio showcasing dashboard or analytics-related design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Experience working with marketing or social media platforms is a plus
- Understanding of UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance creativity with functional design
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
- Previous work in agency or fast-paced startup environments
