_About The Team

• Seller onboarding is the connective tissue between all of the seller product teams. We have an immediate focus on improving the onboarding process and will establish a seller lifecycle program that surfaces relevant existing and new seller services.

About The Role

• You will work on a variety of platform projects in React and PHP

• The types of efforts you make work on include:

• Creating a “platform” for other engineers to work on to make changes to or better make use of our seller onboarding process

• Enhancing or adding new seller services

• Taking in other squads’ roadmaps and prioritizing improvements that can enable them

Requirements

__Must-Haves

__

• Full stack experience - API and client side on web
• PHP & React experience
• Strong communication skills to give team leads timely updates on status of work and call out when you are blocked
• Ability to onboard quickly to new codebases and work largely independently
• Ability to take the lead on advising and implementing solutions to moderately sophisticated, loosely scoped problems that are aligned with the team's goals
• Ability to partner with product and management to build out a roadmap for future product investments 1+ years out in scope

• Experience with web performance observability and optimization
• Experience refactoring large legacy codebases
• Mobile experience

Note: This is a fully-remote role, open to candidates in the US.

Interviewing process: 45-min behavioral interview, followed by a 60-min technical interview.
