We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our B2B social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and growing social media presence for brands targeting business audiences, particularly in the cybersecurity sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule engaging content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, aligning with our brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage any potential crises promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive demand and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess performance against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on B2B audiences.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and engagement organically and through paid campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and paid advertising platforms, especially LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and the ability to create content that resonates with this audience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
