We’re seeking a Senior Visual Designer with 8+ years of experience—specifically in B2C email design—to help reimagine our marketing emails in line with a new messaging strategy.

This is a short-term engagement (20-30/hrs) ideal for a seasoned designer with exceptional design sensibility paired with imaginative thinking, who can quickly interpret evolving brand language and translate it into impactful, conversion-focused email templates. The project includes concept development, collaborative reviews, timely revisions, ultimately delivering high-fidelity designs.

What You’ll Do:

• Design visually compelling, on-brand email marketing templates
• Align creative with updated messaging and strategic direction
• Deliver production-ready assets optimized for email platforms
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for feedback and approval

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of visual design experience, with a strong portfolio of B2C email work
• Deep understanding of email best practices (layout, hierarchy, accessibility)
• Strong grasp of branding and storytelling through design
• Ability to deliver polished work
• Experience working independently and iterating based on feedback
