Senior Product Designer (Mobile App / Health & Wellness) - Remote

Open to candidates in LATAM, US, Canada, Europe

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help modernize and elevate the experience of a

hearing health mobile application built in Flutter. This project will focus on transforming the app

from a simple “timer-based” experience into a more engaging and supportive hearing health

platform that users genuinely enjoy interacting with.

The ideal candidate has strong mobile product design experience, a polished portfolio, and a

thoughtful approach to designing wellness-focused consumer experiences that feel

approachable, calming, and user-friendly.

We’re looking for someone who can help evolve the visual design system and overall UX using

Google’s Material 3 design principles within a Flutter-based application.

What You’ll Work On

• Redesign and modernize core areas of the mobile app experience
• Incorporate and elevate Google Material 3 design components within Flutter
• Help shape a more holistic hearing health platform experience
• Improve overall UX, engagement, retention, and product adoption
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams
• Create intuitive, calming, and accessible interfaces for users navigating hearing and

mental wellness challenges

• Refine visual systems, interaction patterns, and mobile user flows
• Provide strategic design recommendations and rapid iterations

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of experience in product or mobile app design
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern consumer mobile applications
• Experience designing for health, wellness, mental health, meditation, sleep, or lifestyle

products is highly preferred

• Experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams
• Experience with Google Material 3 and/or Flutter-based products is a major plus
• Demonstrated success improving user engagement, retention, or conversion metrics

through design

• Ability to balance functional/scientific concepts with approachable and emotionally

supportive UX

Contract Details

• Part-time, project-based contract
• Estimated duration: 1–2 months
• Target start date: June 2026
• Some overlap with PST working hours preferred

Interview Process

• 2 interview stages
• Portfolio review will be a major component of the evaluation process
