What you'll be working on

• Develop and optimize comprehensive digital marketing management processes for the leader in dermatology conferences and digital education products
• Create streamlined project tracking and coordination systems across product teams
• Design and implement efficient workflow methodologies for email and social media campaigns
• Enhance cross-functional communication and campaign execution strategies

Responsibilities

• Review and refine existing project management frameworks
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Lead weekly status updates with product teams
• Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
• Facilitate communication between marketing, product, and design teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year within a marketing environment
• Certifications in project management an advantage
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Trello/Asana/Smartsheet/other)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment
• Permanent US resident with legal work authorization
