Job Description
About the Platform
Our next‑generation smart‑parking platform delivers friction‑free access and integrated digital payments. As the first dedicated Product Manager on this program, you will guide a multi‑disciplinary engineering group from feature conception through nationwide rollout and ongoing optimization.
As the first dedicated Product Manager, you will own a multi-pod surge team through launch and then shepherd a lean permanent team that maintains the new stack. You’ll work at the intersection of IoT hardware, real-time cloud services, and automated payments.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product lifecycle – define vision, strategy, and roadmap for core features such as computer-vision-based access, account & wallet services, customer/tenant portals, and split payouts.
- Translate strategy into execution – craft user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans; prioritize backlogs across multiple engineering streams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment – partner with engineering, design, security, field operations, and finance to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality.
- Measure what matters – establish KPIs for adoption, latency, success rate, and revenue impact; instrument dashboards and run A/B experiments.
- Lead customer discovery – conduct interviews with property owners, tenants, and drivers; convert insights into product requirements and UX improvements.
- Facilitate smooth transitions – coordinate launch readiness, post-launch support, and hand-offs to sustainment teams without exposing sensitive architecture detail.
You Have
- 3+ years of product‑management experience shipping cloud SaaS or payments products.
- Hands-on track record with Stripe, Braintree, Adyen, or similar (Stripe preferred).
- Familiarity with data‑driven decision making; can query analytics tools or craft dashboards.
- Strong Agile delivery skills: backlog grooming, story mapping, progress metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to convey complex ideas clearly to executives, engineers, and field staff.
Nice to Have
- Background in mobility, parking, or IoT/edge devices.
- Exposure to access‑control technologies.
