What you'll be working on

• Develop and architect a comprehensive, token-based design system
• Create scalable UI component libraries in Figma
• Design modular and reusable design patterns
• Establish design system documentation and governance
• Facilitate seamless design-to-engineering workflow

Responsibilities

• Define and implement atomic design principles across product interfaces
• Build and maintain consistent UI components and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure system cohesion
• Create detailed design specifications and usage guidelines
• Audit and refine existing design components for accessibility and performance
• Support teams in adopting and implementing design system standards
• Prototype and validate design system components

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in design systems development
• Expert proficiency in Figma and design system tools
• Deep understanding of atomic design methodology
• Experience with token-based design and design tokens
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX accessibility standards
• Ability to create comprehensive design documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Portfolio demonstrating design system expertise
• Familiarity with design engineering handoff processes
• Proven track record of creating scalable design solutions
