Job Description
Contract Length: 6 months, with possibility of extension of up to 12 months

Interview process: Interview with Sr. Director of Design and a member of the design team.
What you'll be working on
- Design and develop innovative user experiences for front-funnel customer acquisition strategies
- Create engaging, gamified loyalty program interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge digital interaction models
- Prototype and iterate on user-centric design solutions
- Develop comprehensive user journey maps and interaction frameworks
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to coordinate and implement loyalty program initiatives
- Lead UX design process from conceptualization to final implementation
- Transform complex customer loyalty concepts into intuitive, interactive experiences
- Conduct competitive benchmarking
- Partner with research and translate insights into design strategies
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility
- Continuously optimize user experiences based on data-driven insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with focus on front-funnel and loyalty programs
- Expert proficiency in Figma and design collaboration tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating gamification and innovative interface design
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proven track record of creating engaging digital experiences
- Advanced knowledge of interaction design and user psychology
