Designing various promotional assets (digital, paid, experiential, OOH), and collateral materials like posters, flyers, t-shirts, and other promotional items to support marketing initiatives
Conceptualizing and creating visual designs and assets for projects ranging from revamping our office space, company swag, events, etc.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the Plaid design team to execute projects from initial brief to final delivery
Bring creative solutions and fresh design ideas to projects
Ensure all designs are on-brand and follow company style guidelines
Manage projects from start to finish, including tracking assets and versions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic design and/or art direction
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite applications like Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Animation/motion skills a plus, but not required.
Strong visual design skills and ability to create engaging and on-brand graphics
Excellent time management skills to juggle your own schedule, deliver on time, and work on multiple projects if needed
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
