Lumen Energy is accelerating the clean energy transition in commercial real estate. Our software platform identifies the best clean energy technologies—like solar, batteries, and EV chargers—for each building and helps owners evaluate and act on those opportunities. We’re making clean energy adoption easy, cost-effective, and scalable.

The Role

We're looking for a versatile Marketing Designer to help bring Lumen's brand to life across a variety of touch points. In this part-time contract role, you’ll collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create high-quality marketing materials—from case studies and presentation decks to one-pagers and social media graphics. You’ll also support updates to our website; Webflow experience is a plus.

This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension. Estimated commitment is 5–10 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

• Design marketing collateral such as:

○ Case studies ○ Sales and investor decks ○ One-pagers and event materials ○ Social media graphics ○ Other marketing collateral as needed

• Assist with updates and improvements to our website (Webflow experience a plus)
• Support visual consistency and brand alignment across all external materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop assets quickly and iteratively
• Work in US Pacific/Eastern time zones

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing materials
• Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience working with established brand guidelines
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow and/or maintaining marketing websites
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other form integration tools
• Experience working with startups or in B2B SaaS
