We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our Design Operations team supporting various program initiatives. In this role, you’ll help ensure the smooth execution of key programs, manage communications, and maintain essential operational infrastructure, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our Design organization. While this role does not focus on specific product development, experience with product development processes is beneficial.
Specifically, you’ll do:
To ensure consistency and efficiency across our initiatives, your responsibilities will be structured around key programs and general operational support:
General Program & Project Management:
- Act as a project manager across new and existing initiatives, providing support to the Program team to ensure deadlines are met on time and required actions are completed.
- Handle comprehensive project details, including the preparation of meeting agendas, documentation of key decisions, tracking action items, drafting meeting notes, and organizing other relevant project files or reference material.
- Supervise and continuously communicate project status with the team, collaborators, and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Proactively assess potential risks, raise flags when necessary, and actively seek to resolve issues that arise over the course of a project.
- Collaborate with our Knowledge Management Program Manager to establish and maintain an org-wide shared library for file management, enhancing accessibility and organization.
- Maintain our onboarding references, ensuring all links are active and up to date for new hires while supporting hiring managers to provide new full-time and contractors with guided onboarding experience.

Minimum Requirements for this role:
- 4-6 years as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or validated experience in a program or operations-focused organization, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of design operations, processes, and the product development lifecycle.
- Experience managing workflows, project plans, and driving execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong meeting facilitation skills.
- Experience advocating for initiatives within groups of cross-functional collaborators.
- Motivated by the potential of a growing and evolving design organizations and design operations.
- Proficiency with Office 365, including creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and familiarity with SharePoint for site updates and calendar management.
- Familiarity with Airtable.
