Creative Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer to join Brainsome. Brainsome is a Cyprus-based company that has been operating in the U.S. market since 2014.

Your Responsibilities:

- Create creatives for advertising campaigns on Facebook /TikTok/ Snapchat / Google platforms

- Develop concepts and ideas for advertising materials

- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback and improve approaches

Your Experience:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer

- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe(PS/AI)

- Experience creating advertising creatives for Facebook and TikTok

- Deep understanding of basic design principles: composition, typography, color theory, etc.

- Knowledge of technical requirements for advertising creatives on different platforms

- Understanding of trends and current practices for creatives on Facebook and TikTok

- English level B1 and above

- Russian language

An advantage will be:

- Experience working with AI tools in design

- Experience with CapCut

- Creativity and proactivity

- Ability to work independently and autonomously

- Quick learner of new interfaces

- Excellent communication skills, attention to deadlines, and punctuality

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
