JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance our ransomware detection, threat intelligence, and incident response capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and innovative AI-driven solutions that protect our clients from evolving cyber threats. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a global team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to detect and mitigate ransomware and other cyber threats.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential vulnerabilities in network and endpoint environments.

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts and engineers to integrate AI/ML models into our security platforms and tools.

  • Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in real-time threat detection scenarios.

  • Conduct research on emerging AI/ML techniques and cybersecurity threats to enhance our adaptive security ecosystem.

  • Develop and maintain automated pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment using MLOps best practices.

  • Ensure the security and integrity of AI/ML systems by performing architectural assessments and mitigating vulnerabilities.

  • Contribute to the development of APIs and integrations to connect AI models with our centralized threat intelligence platform.

  • Document processes, model performance, and technical findings to support team collaboration and compliance.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity to drive innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role, preferably in cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for model deployment and scaling.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, such as threat detection, malware analysis, or network security.
  • Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in ransomware detection, threat intelligence, or incident response.

  • Familiarity with security tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, endpoint detection systems).

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Ethical Hacker, CompTIA Security+, or AI/ML-specific certifications).

  • WORKING TIME: 8 hours/ day ( Meeting by US time)

  • WORKING ADDRESS: Remote Full Time
