Robotics Software Engineer

We are partnering with a defense-tech startup to hire software engineers for customer-facing deployment roles. You'll work directly with end-clients in high-stakes environments, bridging engineering teams and real-world implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel up to 75% to customer sites, collaborating hands-on with military teams.
• Build deployment/integration tooling for seamless C2 software installs.
• Debug distributed systems in the field (logs, network, performance analysis).
• Write production code daily for customer-specific integrations and monitoring.
• Gather requirements and translate them into reliable software solutions.

Requirements

• 2–8 years software engineering experience (3+ years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Golang.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
• On-site experience with military personnel or defense-tech startups (e.g., Palantir, Anduril).
• Client-facing deployment experience.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%; able to obtain US security clearance.
• No visa sponsorship.
