Role Description

This is a project-by-project-based role, meaning, once you officially enter our team-base, you will continuously be given projects that ideally fit your skills.

We’re looking for an experienced Web Designer/Developer who can confidently own the entire process of creating modern websites: from design → to development and launch.

This role requires someone who naturally thinks about user experience first (with a deep understanding of layout, breathing space, typography, color, and scroll-interactions). Every design decision you make should help users intuitively navigate the website on a desktop and mobile.

Once your design is approved, you’ll bring it to life in Webflow, Framer or WordPress. If you know 2 or all of these, that’s a major advantage. **But Webflow or Framer is required.

We’re not looking for someone who just wants to “make something pretty.” We want someone who loves to build designs that make sense with the user experience first in mind.

Qualifications

min. 5 years of experience in UI/UX Web Design (Figma);
min. 5 years of experience in web development (Webflow and/or Framer and/or WordPress);
Strong sense for modern, sleek web design (layout, typography, spacing, color);
Expert in Figma (component libraries, variants, auto-layout, text styles and color styles);
Expert in Webflow and/or Framer (at least one of them is required);
Expert in WordPress as well is a huge advantage;
Able to create scroll animations, transitions, scroll effects, interactive elements, sliders, and motion-based UX across any of the platforms you use (Webflow, Framer, and/or WordPress);
Familiar with responsive, mobile-first development best practices;
Comfortable collaborating with project managers, copywriters, or other developers;
**Strong portfolio of past projects that you can showcase on our call (including the Figma work-files);

Work Setup & Communication Requirements

Fluent enough English speaker and writer (this is essential)
Must have a reliable, fast internet connection (especially for calls);
Must have a camera for calls when needed (especially the interview and onboarding calls;
Calls must be taken in a quiet environment (either at home or a quiet co-working space). Cafés, restaurants or similar public places are not accepted;
Fast responsive communication via Slack or WhatsApp (and ClickUp for tasks);
