Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for working with Senior Designers, Copywriters, and Developers to develop original creative for websites, emails, brochures, social, web and print ads, posters, conferences/trade shows, presentations, fliers and other direct response marketing materials. This person will also review marketing, media or client-developed content to ensure brand consistency/standards are met, formatting is aligned to specifications, and materials are relevant to the audience.
This role seeks a collaborative team member who can work effectively with internal and external team members to develop creative assets using established brand and style guides. The ideal candidate works well under the direction of senior-level team members, can quickly understand project requirements for day-to-day asset development, and can prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express), Figma, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of design fundamentals is essential. Experience with After Effects and Premier Pro for video and animation is a plus. Familiarity with web and social media trends and technologies. Success in this role requires strong time management skills and the ability to maintain high-quality work during busy periods.
