UX/UI Designer (Contract)

Boundary is a digital design studio based in sunny El Segundo, CA. We partner with enterprise and startup clients across brand, product, and digital - from identity and strategy through to UX/UI, websites, and applications. Recent clients include Red Bull, MUD\WTR, KAST, Traackr, Marriott, AI Fund, and Evan Funke.

We’re looking for a UX/UI designer (contract, ~10–20 hrs/week) to support ongoing work across mobile apps and web-based dashboards. This is an ongoing engagement with the potential to expand.

What you’ll do

• Design thoughtful, high-quality UX/UI for mobile apps and SaaS products
• Map user journeys, wireframe, and prototype key flows
• Collaborate directly with clients on features, structure, and product thinking
• Partner with PMs and developers to bring ideas to life
• Review and elevate work across the team
• Present work clearly and confidently (and make clients excited about it)

Requirements

• 5+ years designing digital products (agency or in-house)
• Strong UX fundamentals + clean, modern UI execution
• Experience with complex products (dashboards, workflows, systems)
• Comfortable owning work from concept → delivery
• Clear communicator with clients and teams
• Proficient in Figma

• Remote is fine (US based)
