We’re seeking a Mid–Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Performance Marketing) to craft high-performing creative assets for social and paid media campaigns. This role blends design excellence with performance-driven thinking — ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and growth marketing.
🚀 RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ad Creative Production
- Design high-impact static, video, and animated ads for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Create visually compelling banners, carousels, and campaign creatives optimized for performance.
- Maintain a premium visual identity while tailoring assets to each platform’s audience and style.
2. Performance-Driven Design & Collaboration
- Stay ahead of creative trends in performance marketing (ad formats, motion design, hooks).
- Collaborate with the USA and Malaysia-based teams to align creatives with campaign goals and insights.
- Work closely with the Growth & Performance team to iterate on creatives based on performance data.
3. Asset Management & Workflow Optimization
- Manage a structured creative asset library for easy access and reusability.
- Streamline the design production process, balancing fast turnarounds with high quality.
- Ensure consistency across campaigns while adapting to evolving brand and compliance requirements.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design & video editing, with a strong focus on digital advertising.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong skills in motion design & animation for performance ads (motion graphics, GIFs, short-form video).
- Understanding of paid acquisition marketing and ad performance metrics.
- Familiarity with social media ad best practices across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
- Professional English communication (written & spoken).
- Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, alcohol, or lifestyle branding.
