Role Description
Are you passionate about driving growth through smarter automation, data-backed decisions, and seamless customer journeys? We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can own and optimize the full funnel — from sign-up to retention — using tools like Customer.io, Segment, and Mixpanel.What You’ll Own
- Strategize, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email.
- Design automated journeys in Customer.io or similar tools for onboarding, activation, upsell, and churn prevention
- Collaborate with product and dev to track events and enrich user profiles (via Segment or direct tracking)
- Run experiments (A/B tests, drip variations) to increase trial conversion and reduce churn
Qualifications
- Effective Communication skills
- 3–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing at a SaaS company
- Strong hands-on skills with Customer.io, Braze, or similar platforms
- Experience with event-based automation and behavioral segmentation
- A knack for writing conversion-focused copy and email content
- Data-first mindset — you make decisions based on impact, not intuition
- Growth Hacking and Sales expertise
- Experience in digital marketing and growth strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in the AI or tech industry is a plus
