Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Islamabad. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for brand identities, marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing logos and brand visuals, selecting typography, designing graphics for print and web, and preparing files for production. The role involves collaborating closely with strategists, copywriters, and account teams, refining concepts based on feedback, and contributing creative ideas that support client objectives. The Graphic Designer is expected to stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices while delivering high-quality, on-time work.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual solutions.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing cohesive brand identities and visual systems.
• Proficiency in Typography, with a solid understanding of hierarchy, legibility, and type pairing.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of brand, digital, and campaign work.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work within timelines and multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
