About the role
The Marketing Data Operations Coordinator will be a key player within the Marketing Operations team, responsible for transforming raw data into actionable lists that fuel campaign execution, account targeting, and pipeline growth. This role will focus on turning Total Addressable Market (TAM) insights into high-quality target account and contact lists, managing list imports and hygiene, and supporting campaign and pipeline performance reporting. This role ensures that marketing outreach is data-driven, timely, and accurate—powering initiatives across digital campaigns, ABM, events, and sales hand-offs.
Job Responsibilities
- Target List Creation: Analyze TAM reports and firmographic data to build segmented, campaign-ready target lists aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Work with the Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure lists align with campaign goals by filtering by relevant criteria (e.g., industry, title, account size, region, beds, revenue).
- List Cleaning & Validation: Review and clean data from external vendors, event partners, or content syndication sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Standardize contact and account records, validate fields (e.g., job titles, company names, email formats), and flag gaps or inconsistencies. Ensure all lists meet compliance and privacy standards before upload (e.g., DNC, opt-outs).
- List Imports & CRM Syncing: Prepare, format, and import large datasets into Salesforce and/or marketing automation platforms (Pardot). Collaborate with the Marketing Ops and RevOps teams to ensure imports are mapped correctly and de-duped. Track and document list upload processes and changes for audit and campaign review purposes.
- Reporting Support: Support reporting needs across campaigns and pipeline trends by helping to pull and prep data for dashboards and performance reports. Partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics stakeholders to identify data gaps or inconsistencies and help maintain report accuracy.
- Data Governance: Maintain and organize shared target list archives and naming conventions. Assist with routine audits of campaign data and contact engagement metrics to improve overall database health and segmentation accuracy.
