π Account Strategist & Analyst
The Account Strategist & Analyst will work closely with internal teammates to scope, devise, and drive the best solutions for our clients. This role requires a unique blend of π analytical rigor, π― strategic thinking, and π¬ strong communication skills. Youβll be the bridge between data and actionable insights, ensuring our clients receive the highest value from their digital marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
π Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, CRM data).
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and present clear, concise, and compelling performance reports & dashboards.
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
π― Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with Account Managers & team members to build digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Present data-backed recommendations for campaign optimizations, budget allocation, and new initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new services or campaigns that add client value.
π€ Client Communication & Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by communicating insights effectively and confidently.
- Lead client meetings with engaging presentations of data, strategy, and results.
- Address client questions with a data-driven approach, building long-term relationships.
π₯ Collaboration & Internal Leadership
- Work closely with SEO, PPC, Content, and Creative teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends & tools.
- Help improve internal processes for data analysis and strategy creation.
π Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ yearsβ experience in digital marketing, analytics, or strategy (agency experience preferred).
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite.
- Advanced in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools (Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
- Proven experience developing and presenting data-driven strategies to clients/stakeholders.
