Job Description

About the Role

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be supporting the marketing team’s initiatives by assisting with various tasks and activities that drive our marketing campaigns and internal projects. You will contribute to developing collateral, managing timelines, supporting CRM content, conducting market research, coordinating events, and helping with social media strategies. You will serve as a trusted relationship manager for MSAP, adept at addressing needs and concerns of stakeholder engagement across all vendors.

What You Will Be Doing:

Key Responsibilities

● Collaboration & Coordination: Support the marketing team in day-to-day activities by managing timelines, tracking project progress, and coordinating collateral needs across teams.

● Task & Calendar Management: Support the marketing team in managing tasks and schedules through a cloud-based task management system, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned.

● Project Management: Serve as the project manager for various client and educational programs. Oversee the entire lifecycle, from initial brainstorming and research, through implementation and production, to post-launch debriefing and reporting.

● Campaign Support: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content development, and social media strategies. Use logic to create targeted contact lists and set up automated email sequences to engage with different customer segments.

● Email Performance Reporting: Produce reports to evaluate the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns. Analyze data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve email marketing strategies.

● CMS Management: Own and manage the content management system (CMS) for Design for Health, MindClick’s digital studio focused on promoting healthy interior design practices. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with marketing goals.

● CRM Content & Strategy: Help with content creation and management for the CRM system to support sales and marketing initiatives.

● Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitive analysis, customer insights to inform strategy and messaging, and campaign performance metrics.

● Event Coordination: Assist with the coordination and execution of both digital and live events, including planning, logistics, promotion, and attendee follow-up.

● Social Media Management: Support the creation of social media content, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement across various platforms.

● Sales Training Coordination: Coordinate and implement sales training programs for MindClick’s vendor partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to represent our offerings effectively.

● Collateral Creation & Distribution: Help with the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring all materials align with brand standards and support the sales and service delivery process.

Qualifications & Skills

● Graduate/undergraduate degree with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related fields.

● Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly on the marketing functionality side including email marketing, social media management, campaign execution, and post scheduling.

● Proven ability to manage and execute high-volume marketing campaigns efficiently.

● Experience handling multiple audience segments and tailoring campaigns accordingly.

● Familiarity with landing page creation and optimization within HubSpot or similar platforms.

● Excellent communication skills and strong creative thinking.

Strategic mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with external vendors and align on marketing objectives.

● Awareness or experience related to sustainability initiatives is highly valued.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
