Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Expert is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive vehicle sellers to engage with the company’s phone-based buying center and transactional website. This role requires expertise in lead generation, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies in an e-commerce and phone-based sales environment.
Essential Functions
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
- Design and implement omni-channel marketing campaigns to attract vehicle sellers.
- Optimize marketing funnels to increase purchase volumes through the website and phone-based buying center.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and generation of viable leads.
- Work with IT and operational teams to develop optimized, high-converting landing pages and blog content.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Paid Advertising
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Analyze and adjust paid advertising strategies to maximize per car costs and overall ROI.
- Social Media Marketing and Engagement
- Develop and manage organic and paid social media campaigns to drive seller inquiries.
- Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and optimize social media performance.
- Email Marketing and Automation
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows to nurture leads.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve email engagement strategies.
- Analytics, Reporting, and Optimization
- Track key performance metrics using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Oracle BI, Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing dashboards.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Working Conditions
- Requires consistent internet access and the ability to collaborate virtually with team members.
- Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, conferences, or training.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Proven experience driving inbound leads through SEO, PPC, and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media platforms.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive, e-commerce, or high-volume sales marketing.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles for optimizing digital experiences.
