As Boomi continues to expand its presence in the META region, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, execute impactful marketing initiatives, and support our regional growth. This role is perfect for an experienced B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of the Middle East market, and can seamlessly align marketing strategies with sales objectives. _Please also note that this is a hybrid office/remote role where you will work at least 3 days per week from our Dubai office; and 2 days from home.

_Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local sales leadership to develop, implement and execute go-to-market plans for the Middle East markets.
• Organize and execute local events and activities, including trade shows, industry or third-party events, C-level engagements, virtual events, and workshops, to drive demand and pipeline progression.
• Localize global campaigns, execute targeted marketing initiatives, and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies (1:Few) to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Manage local partner marketing efforts, including engagement with local SIs and coordinating partner marketing plans across the META region.
• Align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance to meet new logo and customer expansion targets.
• Support the creation and promotion of local customer references.
• Act as the "single point of contact" for all marketing activities in the META region

Essential Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or similar with strong commercial acumen.
• 8-10 years of Field Marketing experience in B2B tech, ideally with a SaaS or Enterprise Software vendor.
• Regional experience in META markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and UAE.
• Proven track record in event planning, campaign execution, and ABM strategies.
• Demonstrated success in demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills, including event ROI measurement and data-driven decision-making.
• Self-starter with excellent event management and project ownership skills.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as SalesForce, Marketo, or similar, adept in closed-loop lead management and reporting.
• Skilled in budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
