We're looking for someone who is ready to dive in and make a real impact. You'll be the voice of our products, translating complex features into clear, customer-friendly content. Your ability to analyze performance data and gather customer feedback will be crucial in ensuring our products continuously evolve and succeed. You'll work with diverse teams across marketing, sales, customer success, and product, fostering alignment and providing them with the content and training they need to shine.

Some of your responsibilities:

You'll own go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and features, collaborating with Product Managers to define compelling messaging and positioning
You'll coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear messaging, well-executed campaigns, and aligned customer communication
You'll lead marketing strategy and execute campaigns to drive feature adoption and purchases among existing users, including migration communication and CRM automation programs
You'll oversee the creation of product content, such as website copy, case studies, blog posts, and in-app communication, ensuring brand consistency
You'll conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, track competitor offerings, and keep our products competitive and relevant
You'll help gather customer and stakeholder feedback, supporting the team in making product and marketing adjustments based on insights
You'll track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product adoption, engagement, and customer feedback, providing insights for improvements
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams, ensuring alignment on messaging, campaigns, and promotions, and providing them with content and training

Requirements

To help you succeed in this role, you'll bring:

5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a tech, start-up, or e-commerce environment
A strong understanding of marketing principles, including product positioning, messaging, and campaign execution
Proven analytical skills to track performance data, measure marketing success, and derive actionable insights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluent English to collaborate seamlessly across global teams
Comfort and experience in creating written content for various customer-facing materials
Strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring multiple tasks and deadlines are met
A curious mindset, eager to learn about new products, markets, and marketing trends
