🎯 Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and technical Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our e-commerce growth strategies from our Noida office. This role bridges the gap between strategic business administration, deep technical execution, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

As an MBA graduate with over 5 years of hands-on experience, you will oversee advanced SEO technicalities, Google Ads, and e-commerce product feeds, while modernizing our operations using advanced AI and prompt engineering. The ideal candidate possesses a deeply research-oriented mindset—often found reading books, academic journals, and industry literature to stay ahead of both marketing and AI trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Integration & Prompt Engineering

• Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and deploy highly effective, structured prompts across LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to scale content optimization, audience persona building, and data analysis.
• AI Workflow Automation: Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to streamline copywriting, metadata generation, automated reporting, and campaign structuring.
• AI Literacy: Act as the internal champion for AI, ensuring the marketing team safely and effectively adopts AI tools to boost daily efficiency.

2. Technical SEO & Web Performance

• Conduct deep technical SEO audits covering server response times, Core Web Vitals, and crawl budget optimizations.
• Manage complex website architectures, ensuring full proper knowledge and execution of XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, and schema markup.
• Optimize on-page elements systematically, including advanced metadata, HTML structures, and strategic meta-keywords layout.
• Collaborate directly with web development teams to resolve server-side errors, indexing issues, and rendering bugs.

3. Paid Media & E-commerce Management

• End-to-end strategy, setup, and optimization of high-budget Google AdWords (Google Ads) campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max.
• Own the Google Merchant Center (Merchant Console) ecosystem, troubleshooting product data feeds, managing diagnostics, and scaling Google Shopping ads.
• Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies specifically tailored for e-commerce user journeys and checkout funnels.

4. Research, Team Leadership & Operations

• Research & Development (R&D): Actively research emerging digital marketing frameworks, algorithm updates, and AI technologies to future-proof company strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary digital marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly performance KPIs.
• Implement efficient team time assignments and capacity tracking to ensure maximum productivity without burnout.
• Translate high-level company targets into clear, actionable sprint plans for individual team members (target-driven alignment).

🎓 Candidate Requirements

• Education: MBA in Marketing or PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2+ years managing technical SEO and e-commerce profiles.
• AI & Prompt Engineering Expertise: Proven capability in leveraging AI tools for marketing operations. Mastery of structured prompting techniques (e.g., chain-of-thought, few-shot prompting).
• Research-Oriented Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, dissect search algorithm whitepapers, and distill actionable insights.
• Habitual Reader: A lifelong learner with a documented habit of reading books (business, psychology, technology, management) to constantly refine execution strategies.
• Technical SEO Mastery: Strong understanding of HTTP server responses (status codes), CDN configurations, and web performance metrics.
• Platform Mastery: Advanced certification in Google AdWords and deep familiarity with Google Merchant Center management.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing marketing teams, delegating workflows, and tracking time accountability.
