Be the leader and owner of the analytics product strategy, vision, and roadmap, driving the development of bolt’s analytics solutions to empower distribution partners and customers with tools to track, analyze, and manage performance metrics, helping them achieve greater value and optimize their insurance distribution strategies.
You will ensure that analytics are easily accessible, actionable, and designed to highlight bolt’s value to its partners and customers by providing insights that drive measurable outcomes. By delivering intuitive and impactful analytics tools, you will help partners unlock growth opportunities and strengthen their understanding of how bolt delivers exceptional results.
You will be responsible for…
- Create and maintain a comprehensive vision and roadmap for bolt’s analytics platform.
- Develop solutions that allow partners and customers to access key metrics, leverage actionable insights, visualize bolt’s value through tools that demonstrate improved revenue, efficiency, and outcomes.
- Prioritize features that ensure accessibility, usability, and measurable value delivery.
- OOTB Dashboards for targeted performance monitoring.
- Actionable Insights highlighting improvement opportunities and suggesting actions.
- Automated Reporting to showcase the platform’s delivered value.
- Real-Time Metrics for tracking quote-to-bind rates.
- Predictive Analytics using AI for forecasting and risk mitigation.
- Performance Benchmarking to compare results across agencies and partners.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure the platform delivers seamless, high-quality analytics solutions.
- Work with UX/UI teams to design intuitive tools that make data accessible and actionable for all users, regardless of technical expertise.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer/partner success, and operations teams to align analytics capabilities with business objectives and communicate bolt’s value effectively.
- Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the analytics solutions, such as user engagement, partner satisfaction, and impact on partner revenue.
- Develop tools and reports that clearly communicate the value bolt delivers to partners and customers, showcasing improvements in performance and ROI.
- Regularly gather feedback from partners and customers to refine and enhance the platform, ensuring it meets their evolving needs.
You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on analytics or data platforms.
- Proven experience delivering accessible, actionable analytics tools that empower users to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics in insurance distribution for partners and independent agencies.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Apache Superset).
- Strong technical acumen and ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience working in insurtech or embedded platforms.
- Familiarity with AI and predictive modeling for analytics.
- Expertise in designing tools that simplify complex data for non-technical users.
- Knowledge of UX principles for data visualization and reporting tools.
