We are looking for a Senior Outreach Marketing Specialist to join our Digital PR Team based in Poland, focusing on the UK market. Reporting to the Manager, Outreach Marketing, this high-impact role is ownership-driven at the intersection of media relations, SEO, and content marketing. The Specialist will execute and shape PR campaigns that enhance brand authority, secure press coverage, and drive organic growth for BOLD’s multiple B2C brands.

This position requires proven experience working with reporters to secure earned media, along with a deep understanding of the UK media landscape, PR trends, and digital best practices.

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Media Relations & PR Strategy

Own and direct the PR and outreach calendar in the UK, aligning with SEO and marketing objectives.
Write, edit, and pitch press releases, guides, surveys, and expert-driven content to UK journalists and industry websites.
Develop and foster relationships with key UK reporters, bloggers, and influencers to secure earned media coverage.
Adapt US-based Digital PR content for the UK audience, tailoring messaging to local media and cultural context.
Proactively identify PR opportunities based on market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights.

Outreach & Digital PR

Execute targeted outreach campaigns that generate press coverage and authoritative backlinks.
Balance Digital PR campaigns and traditional link-building to maximize visibility and impact.
Collaborate across PR, SEO, and content teams to create high-value assets that attract coverage and links.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track outreach success rates, backlink acquisition, and press coverage.
Deliver regular reporting on earned media wins and link performance, with insights for optimization.
Provide quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

6+ years of media relations experience, with a strong track record of pitching and securing UK press coverage.
Deep knowledge of the UK media landscape, PR trends, and best practices.
Strong writing, editing, and research skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with SEO principles and PR platforms such as BuzzStream, Cision, Pitchbox, or Ahrefs.
Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.

WHAT'S GOOD TO HAVE

Strong familiarity with SEO principles, experience with traditional backlinking.
Background in agency or in-house PR with international collaboration.
Established relationships with reporters at major UK outlets (e.g., BBC, The Guardian, Financial Times, Telegraph) and relevant industry publications.
Experience running internal surveys to collect, analyze, and pitch data-driven insights.
Understanding of the career, job search, and job market landscape.
