We’re building a brand that combines direct-to-consumer simplicity with a powerful backend of automation, SEO, and performance marketing.

We’re now looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing & Automation Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our marketing systems and funnels.

What You’ll Do

This is a builder’s role — you’ll be expected to get in the trenches and systemize our entire customer acquisition and retention flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize marketing funnels across our destinations
• Set up and manage CRM automations (WhatsApp, email, Stripe, follow-ups)
• Coordinate with paid ad agencies and internal teams to improve ROAS and lead quality
• Launch and improve email flows (abandoned carts, upsells, follow-ups)
• Integrate AI tools for reporting, content support, and workflow automation
• Help align organic and paid marketing into a unified growth engine

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience in growth marketing, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or DTC
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion funnels
• Hands-on experience with tools like Zoho, Zapier, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Stripe
• Confident working with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation plugins, etc.)
• Can manage multiple projects and teams (internal + agency)
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty — this is not just a strategy role

Bonus If You Have

• Experience building workflows for WhatsApp Business API or Click-to-Chat flows
• Knowledge of SEO, UGC content workflows, or influencer seeding
• Past experience in marketplaces, booking platforms, or travel startups
