Creative Lead — Remote Graphic Designer & Art Director (Motion-Focused)

PROJECT TYPE:

Bring a sleek, global tech brand to life through a high-end 75-second animated product video that combines photorealistic 3D product renders with sophisticated 2D motion graphics and modern UI overlays.

OBJECTIVE:

We are seeking a highly skilled graphic designer with strong art direction capabilities to take the creative lead on the visual development of a 75-second animated product video. The designer will translate the script and storyboard into visually compelling frames that will serve as the blueprint for animators and motion designers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and direct the visual identity and art direction of each video scene,
• Design artboards and visual assets to guide animation production,
• Set visual cues for lighting, color, layout, and motion for each scene,
• Ensure every frame promotes clarity, product comprehension, and strong brand appeal,
• Collaborate closely with the storyboard artist, creative director, and animation team.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience creating designs specifically for animated video content (beyond static branding),
• Exceptional composition, typography, layout, and UI design capabilities,
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop,
• Strong grasp of modern, minimal design aesthetics aligned with tech and industrial innovation,
• Understanding of motion design workflows – what to deliver, how to structure files, and what pitfalls to avoid,
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required for all collaboration and deliverables.

BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous work with technology, manufacturing, or hardware brands,
• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, or similar,
• Experience working with or designing product UI / dashboard interfaces,
