The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing offline exhibition activities. You will help us enhance brand visibility and industry influence through professional exhibition planning and on-site operation. You will closely collaborate with the sales team to align exhibition efforts with sales goals, drive customer acquisition and cooperation opportunities. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you in monitoring exhibition performance, summarizing experience, and providing data support for future exhibition optimization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns (including digital, offline, social media, and content marketing) to promote the company’s products/services and brand image.
- Take the lead in planning and implementing offline exhibition activities (including industry exhibitions, trade shows, Seminar, etc.), covering exhibition opportunity communication, booth booking, exhibition logistics, and overall activity coordination.
- Manage the exhibition-related marketing materials, such as booth posters, brochures, promotional leaflets, and on-site display content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and strong appeal to target audiences.
- Responsible for post-exhibition work, including collecting visitor information, summarizing exhibition data (visitor flow, consultation volume, cooperation intentions), analyzing exhibition effects, and submitting post-exhibition summary reports.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate exhibition-related sales support, create the leads obtained from exhibitions.
- Communicate and cooperate with exhibition organizers, suppliers (booth design, logistics, etc.) to ensure the quality of exhibition services and control exhibition costs.
- Assist in other offline marketing activities related to exhibitions and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the marketing director.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Possess a Master’s degree in life science (molecular biology, genetics etc.). Exceptional candidates with a Bachelor's degree will also be considered based on merit.
- Language Proficiency: Exhibit fluency in both spoken and written English, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Strong planning and execution ability, able to independently complete the whole process of exhibition planning and on-site operation, and handle unexpected situations flexibly.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team, with strong ability to bear pressure.
- Detail-oriented, with good time management and multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.
