We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and results-oriented Director of Digital Growth Marketing to lead our customer acquisition and revenue growth across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who deeply understands the interplay between Paid Search (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Social with a proven track record of managing budgets, optimizing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and achieving aggressive ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-million dollar annual budget, allocating spend efficiently across channels based on performance data and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value) modeling.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, including CAC, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPL (Cost per Lead), and organic traffic growth.
  • Oversee and optimize all paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)—from keyword strategy and bidding to ad copy testing and landing page experience—to maximize quality leads/sales while maintaining target efficiency.
  • Lead the SEO strategy across technical SEO, content strategy, and link building to drive high-quality organic traffic and market share. Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure site structure and features support SEO goals.
  • Direct the strategy for campaigns across major social platforms, focused on audience segmentation, creative testing, and full-funnel activation, from awareness to conversion.
  • Champion A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, ad creative, and the customer journey to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing digital marketing specialists (in-house and/or agency partners).
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert, keeping the executive team and cross-functional partners informed of channel performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to execute technical SEO initiatives and ensure a world-class site experience.
  • Work with Data/Analytics to improve reporting infrastructure, attribution modeling, and data fidelity to gain deeper customer insights.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models, LTV calculations, and cohort analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Financial Services Experience preferred.
