Junior Project Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to provide administrative and operational support across Influencer Advantage client accounts while assisting senior team members. This is an ideal role for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, AI-comfortable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will be focused on coordinating client deliverables, generating AI-based outputs using structured SOPs, updating internal trackers and client hubs, communicating updates with clients, and ensuring smooth execution across accounts.

This is not a strategy role — it is an execution and operations role. Precision, organisation, and follow-through are critical.

Responsibilities:

• Create AI-powered client deliverables using internal SOPs and structured directions provided by senior team members
• Use AI tools to generate summaries, action plans, performance breakdowns, and structured outputs for clients
• Perform light formatting to ensure deliverables are clean, professional, and client-ready
• Retrieve coaching call transcripts and use AI to extract and consolidate client wins for posting in the internal Wins channel
• Update and maintain the Client Hub (Coda platform) to ensure all deliverables, trackers, and timelines are on schedule, accurate, and up to date
• Update & Maintain project management tools, trackers, and Google Sheets to ensure tasks and deliverables are on schedule
• Prepare performance reports and analytics for internal use. Maintain accurate records of projects, including client information, deliverables, and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, coaching, strategy, performance) to ensure smooth project operations
• Communicate with clients when deliverables are ready and provide structured updates as needed
• Post in the Wins Channel any time a client makes positive comments/feedback on the deliverables
• Provide support in internal meetings by tracking goals, milestones, and responsibilities
• Support project managers with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks if needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project management or administrative experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment

• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) on a daily basis

• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday) and Google Workspace is essential. (We also use Coda and will show you exactly how to use it)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Bonuses:

• Experience or interest in influencer marketing, performance creatives,paid media, or eCommerce

• Experience working with structured documentation using AI or transcript-based summaries

• Familiarity with Coda or similar knowledge-management platforms

Additional details:

• This is a full-time, remote position
• The compensation range for this role is $600–$800 USD per month
