Sr Digital Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Meta Ads & Google Ads strategy, execution, and optimization for multiple D2C startup brand accounts simultaneously, across national and international markets.

• Drive website traffic, online sales, conversions, and customer acquisition for each brand in the portfolio.

• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate benchmarks specific to each account.

•  Develop and run retargeting and remarketing strategies to increase repeat purchases.

•  Manage and improve SEO for D2C e-commerce websites.

•  Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools; adapt strategy account-by-account.

•  Conduct competitor, audience, keyword, and market research per brand — accounting for differences between national and international markets.

•  Optimize product pages, landing pages, and conversion funnels in collaboration with creative and web teams.

• Prepare clear, brand-wise performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and e-commerce teams to align campaign execution with brand goals.

• Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google advertising platform updates, D2C growth trends, and international marketing nuances (currency, compliance, localization).

• Manage and lead the internal digital marketing team — assigning work, tracking output, and ensuring quality and timelines across accounts.

• Guide and mentor junior team members when required.

Qualifications

•  5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with D2C e-commerce brands.

•  Strong, proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads — able to independently plan and run both.

•  Demonstrated experience managing multiple brand accounts concurrently, ideally including international/global D2C brands alongside national ones.

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Retargeting, and CRO.

•  Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.

•  Strong understanding of D2C e-commerce marketing funnels and customer journeys, including startup-stage growth challenges.

•  Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

•   Strong analytical and reporting skills with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

•   Understanding of e-commerce KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, AOV, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

•  Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills — able to context-switch across multiple brand accounts.

•  Ability to independently own and be accountable for performance across a multi-brand portfolio.

• Proven ability to manage and lead an internal team, including task delegation, performance tracking, and day-to-day supervision.
