About
Our portfolio company is a seed stage, builder platform for agentic browser workloads.
As they move from product-market fit to scaling, they're hiring their first marketing leader to craft and own the go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Marketing to own and scale all aspects of marketing for the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving growth, shaping our brand, and building a strong connection with our core audience: developers.
As the first marketing hire, you'll work closely with the founders to define our go-to-market strategy, create compelling narratives, and generate demand across multiple channels. You’ll also evaluate, select, and manage agencies and service providers as needed to extend our capabilities.
You will need to be both strategic and hands-on—comfortable defining positioning and messaging one day and launching a product announcement or debugging campaign performance the next.
What You’ll Do
- Full Marketing Roadmap: Define and execute the short- and long-term marketing strategy, aligned with company goals and product roadmap.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive the launch of new features, releases, and positioning strategies that resonate with technical users.
- Brand Development: Craft and scale Anchor Browser’s brand voice, identity, and presence across all touch points—website, social, content, and community.
- Content and Campaigns: Plan and run demand generation campaigns, developer-focused content, and lifecycle marketing to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Product Marketing: Translate technical features into compelling benefits for developers through messaging, landing pages, documentation, and demos.
- Analytics and Optimization: Define marketing KPIs, set up systems to track performance, and use data to guide decisions.
- External Resources: Select, manage, and optimize the work of agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors to extend your impact.
- Team Building: As the company scales, you'll hire and mentor a high-performing marketing team from the ground up
