-Campaign Management technology architecture and roadmap AI / ML personalization engines, attribution approaches, identity resolution, email & text service provider (ESP / SMS), Loyalty, Campaign Management etc.
- Implementation phase once client announce the chosen Email & SMS platform.
wide MarTech strategy are understood and aligned to ensure maximal business impact
- Design data-driven journey orchestration strategies and campaigns
- Be a platform expert in at least 2+ ESP technology platform stacks
Previous experience in running a RFP for selecting the Campaign Management platform
Have in depth understanding of the integrations needed to implement the Campaign Management platform for a d2c organization
