We are looking for a Sr. UX Designer to join our Cloud and AI division, where you'll shape innovative user experiences across enterprise-grade platforms. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of designing solutions that are intelligent, intuitive, and built to scale.
In this role, you will:
Design System & AI Experience Design
- Contribute to the redesign of digital products that leverage AI capabilities for user engagement, such as intelligent onboarding flows, recommendation systems, and task automation interfaces.
- Work on cohesive design systems applied across cloud-based platforms including startup hubs, partner solutions, learning environments, and developer tools.
- Execute 60% heads-down design work focused on refining UI/UX elements that are aligned with accessibility, usability, and evolving AI capabilities.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Collaborate with other designers, engineers, and product owners to ensure cohesive, scalable designs that align with technical constraints and business needs.
- Actively participate in design reviews, critique sessions, and collaborative workshops to continuously raise the quality of work.
User-Centered Problem Solving
- Design for both human and machine interaction models—thinking critically about user needs and the role of automation, AI, and large language models in enterprise workflows.
- Champion inclusive and accessible design to ensure digital products serve users across all backgrounds and abilities.
Design Artifacts & System Building
- Produce wireframes, process flows, storyboards, prototypes, and documentation that clearly communicate ideas and interaction models.
- Maintain UI pattern libraries and contribute to evolving interaction guidelines for products integrating AI tools and APIs.
Quality & Delivery
- Ensure all design activities reflect high attention to detail and meet the expectations of high-impact enterprise users.
- Deliver consistently on-time with strong alignment to project goals and team priorities.
What You Bring
Required
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio focused on enterprise websites and applications.
- Strong hands-on skills with Figma (2–3 years minimum), plus experience with tools like Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience delivering responsive and interactive design solutions for digital platforms with tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of modern software design and development lifecycles, including agile collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Clear, confident communication skills, especially when explaining design rationale or advocating for user needs.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex environments—especially when designing user flows influenced by AI decisions, automation, or intelligent triggers.
Preferred
- Experience designing for AI-enabled experiences such as recommendation engines, predictive modeling tools, or automated workflows.
- Familiarity with large-scale design systems in tech environments (experience with FLUENT or similar systems is a plus).
- Prior experience designing for cloud-based or developer-centric products.
- A portfolio that shows strength in enterprise UX and thoughtful, scalable design solutions.
Compensation
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and location. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 to $115,000 USD annually. Final offer will be based on qualifications and may fall outside this range.
