BlueAlly LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in NetSuite, analytics, and data governance. This role is responsible for analyzing business data, optimizing NetSuite reports, and ensuring data accuracy across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with NetSuite saved searches, analytics, reports, and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and will play a key role in identifying data inconsistencies and recommending upstream and ETL pipeline fixes.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop and maintain advanced NetSuite saved searches, reports, and dashboards for business insights.
- Utilize NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to create comprehensive data models and visualizations.
- Work with Domo to build and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and business metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all NetSuite reports and analytics tools.
Data Quality & Business Process Optimization
- Analyze business lifecycle data to understand relationships between sales, finance, and operations.
- Identify data inconsistencies and anomalies within NetSuite and other enterprise systems.
- Recommend data cleansing and validation strategies to improve reporting accuracy.
- Work with business units to optimize workflows and ensure proper data governance.
AI & Data Automation
- Utilize AI-driven data tools to enhance reporting, trend analysis, and forecasting capabilities.
- Implement automated data pipelines leveraging AI and machine learning models to streamline analytics.
- Support AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to improve business decision-making.
ETL & Data Pipeline Management
- Evaluate ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure efficient data transformation.
- Work with IT and Engineering teams to implement data validation rules and correction mechanisms.
- Support integration efforts between NetSuite and external applications to streamline data flow.
- Provide guidance on best practices for data storage, retrieval, and performance tuning.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite data architecture and reporting best practices.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay current on industry trends, analytics advancements, and NetSuite updates.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on NetSuite and business intelligence.
- Strong expertise in NetSuite saved searches, reports, and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database management.
- Experience identifying and resolving data inconsistencies within NetSuite.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, and integration workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into meaningful business insights.
- Strong understanding of finance, sales, and operational data relationships.
- Experience with Domo or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience working with AI-driven data tools for analytics and forecasting.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages for data automation and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of data governance best practices and compliance regulations.
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics for business intelligence.
- Understanding of API integrations and cloud-based data solutions.
