Core responsibilities to include Architecting and designing (along with counterparts and distinguished Architects) a ground up cloud native GenAI/UX platform.
The team currently comprises of 30+ global associates across US, India (COE) and EU and is expected to grow rapidly. The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our team

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop the design and development of scalable, AI-enabled applications using Python.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and performance.
Architect and maintain robust backend services using Python (e.g., FastAPI), with a focus on performance and security.
Build intuitive front-end interfaces using React.js to deliver seamless user experiences.
Apply best practices to develop secure, cloud-native solutions aligned with real-world use cases (Azure Cloud).
Evaluate existing systems and propose architectural enhancements with detailed technical design documentation.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and SMEs to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Facilitate technical design walkthroughs and gather actionable feedback from stakeholders.
Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including automation and performance testing.
Provide production support, including real-time debugging and root cause analysis.
Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring and long-term fixes.
Manage task priorities effectively within Agile frameworks.
Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends.
Drive innovation by exploring new tools and techniques to improve scalability and performance.
Comply with company policies, including flexibility in work location and team assignments.

What We Are Looking For

10 - 13 years of experience in Python, Node JS, React JS, Design Patterns, Data structures, Restful Web services, Ajax, SQL programming.
Strong experience in Full-stack development using Python with React.js and backend APIs.
Experience with APIs and event-driven architecture (Kafka, Redis).
Proven expertise in performance optimization for real-time systems.
Solid understanding of microservices and service-oriented architecture.
Familiarity with AI/ML techniques such as NLP, computer vision, and LLMs.
Experience across software development lifecycle.
Proven ability to leverage and guide teams in adopting coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality.
Experience with building AI agents is a plus.
Demonstrable experience, thorough knowledge, and interests in Cloud native architecture, Distributed micro-services & Micro-Frontends, Multi-tenant SaaS solution and Cloud Scalability, performance, and High availability.
Understanding of technical architectures, capacity plans, tool requirements, automation plans, product launch plans, and other deliverables.
Nurture a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, creative problem solving, and Innovation within the team.
Deep understanding of JavaScript patterns and the challenges involved with creating maintainable JavaScript applications.
Exposure to any of latest technologies e.g. Kafka, Akka, Storm, Spark/Flink, GraphQL .
Strong understanding of software design principles.
Experience developing large, scalable applications deployed on cloud.
Experience using Git for complex software systems with teams.
Passion for learning new tools, languages, and frameworks.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working in agile test-driven development with continuous integration.
Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and infrastructure automation.
Good Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management Strong requirements analysis and solution design abilities.
