Role Description

We’re hiring a full-time remote Product Designer to lead end-to-end, user-centred product design from research and problem discovery to wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. You’ll conduct user research and usability testing, facilitate design-thinking workshops, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to turn complex requirements into intuitive, high-quality experiences. You’ll also continuously improve our interfaces, help maintain a consistent design system across deliverables, and iterate based on user feedback and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering intuitive web and mobile product experiences with strong visual craft.
• Strong application of Design Thinking to solve complex problems and drive product improvements.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
• Strong product mindset - balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components/Variants, Libraries, Variables, Design Tokens).
• Able to produce clear design specs, interaction documentation, and effective developer handoff.
• Comfortable collaborating in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and managing ambiguity.
• 3–5+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end process.
